At Youth Empowerment for Peace and Agriculture Development (YEPAD), we believe in the power of young people to lead the transformation of South Sudan into a peaceful, food-secure, and economically vibrant nation. Our work is rooted in the vision of empowered youth driving peaceful and prosperous societies by utilizing sustainable agricultural practices to combat hunger, foster harmony, and catalyze inclusive development across all states and administrative areas of South Sudan.
Empower Youth for Leadership:
We build the capacity of young people to take on leadership roles in their communities and advocate for peace, inclusion, and sustainable progress
Promote Sustainable Agriculture
We support youth-led agriculture by providing training, resources, and market access, enabling them to become self-reliant, productive farmers and agripreneurs.
Foster Peace and Social Cohesion
By engaging youth in community dialogues, reconciliation efforts, and peacebuilding activities, we work to break cycles of conflict and strengthen unity.
Drive Economic Development
We equip young people with entrepreneurial skills, vocational training, and financial literacy to create jobs, grow businesses, and uplift communities economically

We raise awareness on key issues affecting youthsuch as climate change, gender equality, health, and civic rights—through workshops, campaigns, and school outreach, empowering young people with knowledge to make informed choices and inspire others.
